I bought these a few months ago and I am absolutely in love with them. When i first received them, I was having some issues with the clasp on the earring, I contacted customer service and they were incredible, they told me that this was something that happens, and then sent me a short video on how to fix it. they assured me that if it did not resolve the issue, they would send me over another pair. thankfully the tips in the video worked- I am so beyond happy with my purchase. I wear these earrings everyday and there is no signs of any wear and tear. 100% recommended.
