You need two things: liquid soap + water! All you have to do is mix up a little bit of liquid dish soap and warm water. Then, let your jewelry take a dip. You can let them soak for a few minutes. Once time is up - rinse + pat dry 🙂

I bought 4 rings for myself for each kids - December, January, August and May. I also bought my mom a few for each of her grandkids. I thought. I knew her size but got it very very wrong. I emailed Sydney explaining to her and it was my mistake. Within that day she emailed me back and was quick to offer an exchange. Literally the next day I exchange the rings and my mom was thrilled. ALSO, she included a ring sizer with the exchange!! So helpful. I literally just ordered them for all my sisters so we can have matching rings.

Emailed me telling me that they didn't have my size and was asked if I just wanted another size or a refund for the item. I told her I would get a size 6 and if she didn't have it, to refund me, but I never got a response back, and the package came with the ring. I don't know whether she had the size 6 ring and just forgot to put it in the bag, or she didn't have it, and also just didn't give me a refund. Luck of communication for this product, but overall, I love her jewelry. It's beautiful and amazing, and it's unfortunate that I do not know exactly what is going on with this item..
