I love this so much! I was looking for a pendant necklace that was simple enough to wear all the time. I have a few other chains from Sydney Rose Co. and I wanted them to layer well. I emailed her and she pulled up my past order history and was able to tell what length would look best. She nailed it - my layering set is perfect. The pendant is really nice. I bought 4 rings for myself for each kids - December, January, August and May. I also bought my mom a few for each of her grandkids. I thought. I knew her size but got it very very wrong. I emailed Sydney explaining to her and it was my mistake. Within that day she emailed me back and was quick to offer an exchange. Literally the next day I exchange the rings and my mom was thrilled. ALSO, she included a ring sizer with the exchange!! So helpful. I literally just ordered them for all my sisters so we can have matching rings.
